Important Terms and Conditions for KL MPV
Advance Bookings: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only with full payment.
Driver and Vehicle Information: Details will be provided one day before your pick-up date.
Airport Drop-Off (Departure)
- Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period for waiting from the scheduled pick-up time.
Airport Pick-Up (Arrival)
- Worry-Free Transfers: Enjoy peace of mind with our worry-free service for any flight delays or early arrivals.
- Pick-Up Timing: Your pick-up time is based on the Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) plus a buffer time.
Complimentary Waiting Time
- General Pick-Ups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting for pick-ups from locations other than airports.
- Airport Pick-Ups: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for pick-ups from KLIA/KLIA2 and SZB (Subang Airport).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Free Cancellation/Rescheduling: No penalty or 100% refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking pick-up time.
- No Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking pick-up time.
- No Reschedule/No Refund: Rescheduling or refunds are not permitted for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking pick-up time.
- Refund Approval: All refunds are subject to approval.
Baggage and Luggage Policy
- Baggage Allowance: We offer generous baggage allowances. If your luggage exceeds the allowance, we are not responsible for any issues regarding fitment.
- Standard Size: The standard luggage size is based on a 24-inch suitcase. Any larger suitcase will be counted as two pieces.
- Luggage Size Guide: We provide an image of a luggage size guide displaying maximum dimensions and weight restrictions for hassle-free travel.
Important Reminders
- Children Count: Infants and children are counted as one person.
- Excess Luggage: Passengers cannot bring luggage exceeding capacity limits due to vehicle space restrictions. If the driver cannot accommodate excess baggage, service may be refused, with consequences borne by the passenger.
Additional Traveler Policy
- The driver reserves the right not to pick up passengers exceeding the vehicle’s capacity.
Airport Transfer Waiting Charges
- Extra Waiting Time: Charges of RM50-RM100 for every 30 minutes of extra waiting, depending on the vehicle type.
All-Inclusive Pricing
- Our airport transfer service operates on a fixed-price basis, which includes tolls, parking fees, and any additional charges incurred during your journey. The quoted price is valid as long as you do not change your pick-up or drop-off location or time. To secure your quoted price, we recommend booking and paying as early as possible.
Late Arrival and Punctuality Guarantee
- If our driver does not arrive on time, please contact us via WhatsApp at +601133112025. We will coordinate to resolve the issue. If the driver cannot provide service on time, you may receive compensation at RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60 (in the form of coupons/credit). If we cannot provide service, we will issue a full refund.
Confirmation Guarantee
- If klmpv.com confirms your order but later cancels it, preventing your travel, we will provide a full refund and additional compensation of at least 20% of the booking amount.
